Benefits

 We appreciate our full-time employees and offer a benefits package. Once you have worked 6 consecutive months with us, you are eligible for four paid holidays per year.  After a full year, LSM employees are eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation, health benefits, and company-matched 401 k.

We understand that your time is valuable, so we offer free direct deposit and paycards and on-line access to view paystubs at any time.  If your position has ended and you are interested in another assignment, we make it easy by providing you all the information of your next assignment by phone.
